NWS Boston - Emergency Management Briefing for Tropical Storm Elsa - 6 PM Thursday
Good evening everyone, Here is the latest briefing on Tropical Storm Elsa. The forecast remains largely unchanged, but the area of greatest flash flood threat has been expanded in northeast Massachusetts. Primary concerns continue to be heavy rain with potential for flash flooding and 40-60 mph gusts, mainly on Cape Cod and the Islands.
