Good morning, Continued stream of locally heavy downpours will pose the risk of flash flooding for Rhode Island and southeast Massachusetts through this afternoon. - Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour. - Storm total rainfall possibly as high as 3 inches, generally around 1 to 2 inches. - FLASH FLOOD WATCH posted for Rhode Island and southeast Massachusetts till 2 pm.
