[08.14.2023 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing - A few strong storms and heavy rainfall late tonight-Tue AM
Good morning, Attached is a one-pager briefing for the potential for a few strong to severe storms and heavy rainfall late tonight into Tuesday morning. The highest risk for severe weather will be south of the Mass Pike and especially near the south coast. The severe weather threat is conditional on a warm front lifting north into the region. If the front remains to the south, the severe weather threat will be limited. Regardless of the severe potential, we do expect locally heavy rainfall late tonight into Tuesday which may produce some urban and poor drainage street flooding. Thanks.
