Only change includes: - *Greater confidence in heavy rainfall amounts & flooding impacts across portions of CT into western RI and central/western MA, where more significant flooding is likely (greater than 60%).* This will be our last full briefing, however if the forecast changes, a shorter briefing will be emailed by 6 AM Monday.
