Good morning! We wanted to give you all a heads up about some strong southwest winds expected from early afternoon till early evening today. Cape Cod and the Islands could experience wind gusts ranging between 30 to 40 mph. The exception is Nantucket, where wind gusts could reach up to 50 mph. The island of Nantucket is under a Wind Advisory from 1 pm to 10 pm. We've attached an image showing the maximum wind gusts expected across southern New England for your reference.
