Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

A large storm system is expected to affect the region with heavy rainfall
late Friday into Saturday.  The Weather Prediction Center Excessive
Rainfall outlook has placed the entire region into a Slight Risk category
(see attachment).  Flooding of rivers, streams, and areas of poor drainage
will be possible. Stay tuned for further updates from your National Weather
Service.
