Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

Flood Watch & Flash Flood Watch has been expanded to include all of eastern
New York and western New England for Friday Night into the weekend.  The
combination of melting snow in the Adirondacks & southern Green Mountains,
heavy rainfall and already saturated soils will lead to a risk for river
flooding and possible flash flooding beginning on Friday night.
