Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

Numerous showers and scattered thunderstorms are expected today.  Locally
heavy rainfall is possible which could lead to isolated minor urban and
poor drainage flooding.

Please refer to the attached graphics to see the rainfall forecast through
Tonight and the excessive rainfall and severe weather outlooks for which
the threats have shifted farther to the south.
