Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

*Changes:  Winter Storm Warning expanded across the mid-Hudson Valley,
northwest Connecticut, northern Warren and Washington Counties. **Winter
Weather Advisories are posted for northern Herkimer and Hamilton Counties.
 *

A high impact winter storm is still expected to impact the region today
through Monday night.  Moderate snow will begin around midday and continue
through the afternoon and evening hours.  Snowfall will become lighter and
intermittent for tonight and may mix with sleet and ice in spots,
especially along and south of the Interstate 90 corridor.  Snow will become
steadier and heavier for Monday and continue into Monday night.
