Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

Winds today will be west and northwest and become gusty.  Winds are
expected to gust at 45-55 mph in the Mohawk Valley, Capital District,
Schoharie Valley, Helderbergs, eastern Catskills, Mid-Hudson Valley,
Taconics, southern Vermont, Berkshires and Litchfield Hills.  Wind
Advisories have been issued.  See the attached briefing for details.
