Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

Moisture associated the remnants of 'Barry' are forecast to move across
portions of the region Wednesday through Thursday.  Weather Predication
Center has placed a 'Slight Risk' of excessive rainfall along and south of
Interstate 90.  Please refer to the attached briefing for additional
information.

Very warm and humid weather will develop later this week, with heat indices
approaching or exceeding 100 degrees Friday, Saturday and Sunday
afternoons. Heat Advisories and/or Excessive Heat Warnings may be needed.
See attached PDF for forecast maximum heat index values Friday and
Saturday.

In addition, isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible late this
afternoon. Thunderstorm chances will increase Wednesday through Thursday,
and again over the weekend.
