Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

There is a chance of thunderstorms today into this evening:

Thunderstorms will be capable of producing very heavy rainfall, which may
lead to flooding of urban, low lying and poor drainage areas.  An isolated
flash flood cannot be ruled out.

In addition, thunderstorms may produce strong winds, with the best chance
of severe thunderstorms with damaging winds from the Capital Region to the
south and east.
