Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

We continue to monitor the potential for heavy rain and isolated
thunderstorms Monday night into early Tuesday morning which could lead to
water ponding in poor drainage/low-lying area as well as possible isolated
flash flooding. Areas highlighted in the "slight risk" category in the
attached Excessive Rainfall Outlook graphic have the greatest potential for
isolated flash flooding.

Also attached is the expected total rainfall between 8AM Monday and 2PM
Tuesday. While we expect 0.50 to 2.00 inches of rain, locally higher
amounts are possible, especially in the Catskills.
