Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will occur across eastern New York and
western New England on Sunday.  The strongest storms will likely produce
some hail along with gusty winds and lightning.  The best chance for hail
will be during the afternoon over western New England.  The storm
prediction center has placed western New England in a marginal risk for
severe weather on Sunday.
