*Tonight:*
Spotty light snow, sleet and pockets of freezing rain are possible across the
southern Adirondacks, Lake George area and southern Vermont. A light glaze
of ice is possible across the southern Adirondacks, and the
northern reaches of the Lake George Region which could lead to slippery
conditions on any untreated surfaces.

*Friday into the Weekend:*
With milder temperatures and some rainfall expected, river ice may break up
and/or move on Friday into the weekend. There will be a localized threat
for ice jam flooding on area rivers.
