Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories remain in effect for many locations in
the Albany Forecast Area until Noon Saturday. The Warnings are mainly for
the higher elevations.

In addition, strong northwest winds will be possible tonight into Saturday
across eastern New York and western New England. The combination of strong
winds and heavy wet snow may lead to isolated power outages.
