Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

Based on latest observations, the potential for isolated to scattered
severe thunderstorms has shifted to be this evening, mainly from 8PM to
11PM. Damaging winds is still the main concern. Areas mainly west of the
Hudson River have the greater potential for any severe weather.
