Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

A period of light freezing rain is possible over much of eastern New York
and western New England late tonight into Monday morning. A light glaze of
ice is possible, which could result in slippery travel including during the
Monday morning commute. A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued.
Temperatures are expected to rise above freezing Monday by noon, ending the
freezing rain threat. However, additional wintry mixed precipitation is
possible again late Monday into Monday night, especially over the higher
terrain. Additional winter headlines may be necessary. Please see the
attached briefing for details.
