[Weather] [2019.04.19 AM] Period of Heavy Rain possible this weekend

Good morning everyone,
We continue to monitor a storm that will bring heavy rain to Southern New
England this weekend. Details below.
- *NEW *- Coastal Flood Statement issued Friday night - Saturday night.
Minor splash over is possible along portions of the south coast, especially
Narragansett Bay and Buzzards Bay - Best chance during the Friday night
high tide.
- A Flood Watch continues for Western and Central Massachusetts and
Northern Connecticut.
- Storm Total Rainfall of one to two inches is forecast. Locally heavier
amounts are possible. *(see attached graphic)*
- Expect rain from the weather system to reach our area tonight, then
continue through Sunday. (Sprinkles/drizzle are possible today.)
- Heaviest rain in Western/Central Mass and Northern Connecticut will be
Friday night and Saturday.
