[Weather] NWS Boston Weekend Storm Briefing #3: Thursday Afternoon Update

Good afternoon everyone,

The latest briefing for the weekend storm is attached. Please note the
following changes:

   -
*Slightly lower snow totals.  *
   -
*Winter Storm Watch Expanded to include the rest of Southern New England. *
   - *Coastal Flood Watch Issued for East Coastal MA for Sunday AM high
   tide.*
   - *Gale Watch for the MA/RI coastal waters.*

Our confidence has increased for the potential of freezing rain across CT,
RI, and southeast MA and for sleet (as opposed to all snow) across much of
the region. As a result, snowfall totals have been slightly lowered from
the previous forecast.
