Good morning everyone,

We have issued a Flash Flood Watch for portions of Southern New England,
along with High Wind Watch for east and south coastal Massachusetts for a
storm which will begin to impact the region late today. An updated
briefing package is included with this email.

There is a low risk for some light freezing rain, mainly across extreme NW
MA this afternoon and evening.

Otherwise, rainfall begins everywhere this evening and overnight. The risk
for heaviest rain, and strongest winds will be during the daylight hours on
Thursday.
