[Weather] [2019.10.14] Coastal Storm Wednesday afternoon through Thursday with Strong Winds

Good afternoon,
A storm will develop off the Carolina Coast Wednesday and move across
Southeast New England late Wednesday night/early Thursday.
1. Rain from the storm will develop during Wednesday afternoon and
evening...from Noon to 3 PM in Northern CT and Western MA, and from 3 PM to
7 PM in RI and Central/Eastern MA.
2. Rain will be at its heaviest during Wednesday night. Rainfall
amounts will range between 1.5 inches and 2.5 inches.
3. Strong winds will develop along the South Coast between 3 PM and 6
PM, and along the East Coast between 6 PM and Midnight.
4. Wind will be strongest between 2 AM and 8 AM, especially along the RI
and Eastern Massachusetts coasts. Winds will gust to 35 to 45 mph in this
area, with a few spots such as Outer Cape Cod possibly gusting to 55 mph.
