[Weather] Update - some minor coastal flooding likely in Nantucket Harbor

Just a quick update... the surge is now about 2 feet above the astronomical
tide at Nantucket, with about an hour until high tide. The 3 ft.
astronomical tide, plus the 2 ft. surge will lead to 5 ft., which is the
threshold for the start of some minor coastal flooding in Nantucket Harbor
-- although 5.5 ft is when more significant flooding occurs there.
