[Weather] NWS Boston EM Briefing - Strong to Severe Thunderstorms Tuesday

Good afternoon everyone,

There remains a chance for strong to severe thunderstorms tomorrow
(Tuesday) afternoon. No major changes were made with this update.

*Where*
All of southern New England

*Threats*
Damaging wind gusts, large hail and heavy downpours

*When*
Noon to 8 PM

*Confidence *
Confidence is low in this event. There remains a chance that we see no
severe storms tomorrow. However, storms that do manage to get going have
the potential to be very strong.
