[Weather] NWS Boston EM briefing for potential strong storm Saturday into early Sunday

Attached is a one-page briefing just giving you a heads-up that there is
the potential for a strong storm to impact our region Saturday into early
Sunday.  Confidence currently is high that the storm will develop, but low
regarding the track and thus the exact impacts.
