Good afternoon everyone,

Due to technical difficulties our PM briefing will be delayed.  We
apologize for any inconvenience.  We hope to have the briefing out
shortly.  Until then here are the headlines for Thu ngt into Fri ...

* High Wind Watch in effect for all of RI and Eastern MA, including coastal
Middlesex & New London Counties of Southern CT

* Storm Watch for all of the RI and Eastern MA coastal waters

* Flood Watches for only Berkshire County of MA and Litchfield of CT

Again, we hope to have the complete briefing out shortly, as soon as
technical issues have been resolved.
