[Weather] [2020.12.23 AM] NWS Briefing - Potential Damaging Winds & Minor Flooding

Good morning everyone,

We've attached information on the strong storm system that will bring
potentially damaging winds and minor flooding to southern New England
Christmas Eve night and Christmas Day. Since the last update the High Wind
Watch has been expanded and rainfall amounts increased. We will send our
next email briefing by 5 pm today.  Any questions, we can be reached via
