[Weather] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Two Light Wintry Mix Events (Tonight & Friday Night/Saturday)

Please see the attached one-pager briefing. We have a very minor wintry mix
situation overnight, primarily across the Berkshires and NW Connecticut.
Another wintry mix event is expected to develop Friday night into Saturday
that will affect more of the area.
