[Weather] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Light Wintry Mix Friday Night/Early Saturday

Attached is the latest one-pager briefing on the upcoming minor winter
weather event Friday night and early Saturday.  We have issued Winter
Weather Advisories for the areas we expect to see a mix of snow, sleet and
light ice accumulation.
