[Weather] Updated Wind Headlines Across Southern New England

Good morning, all:

Just a quick update on wind headlines. Wind Advisories have, or will be
issued shortly, for all of southern New England through at least 8 PM this
evening. West winds of 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph are expected.
