[Weather] NWS Boston EM Briefing - Strong to Severe Storms Possible Today

Good morning everyone,

We wanted to let you know there is a chance for some isolated strong to
severe thunderstorms today, especially this afternoon and evening. This
doesn't look like a widespread severe event but some severe storms are
possible.

*Threats:*
Damaging winds, small hail, and localized flash flooding

*Timing: *
Mid morning through the evening; best chance after noon

*Location: *
The highest risk is in central/northern MA into northern RI and eastern CT.
