[Weather] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Oppressive Heat and Humidity This Weekend and Early Next Week

Good Morning All.

A prolonged period of heat and humidity is expected Saturday through
Tuesday.

The worst of the heat and humidity will be Sunday and Monday when heat
advisories will likely be needed, especially in the Connecticut Valley and
portions of eastern Massachusetts into Rhode Island.  Heat indices will
reach 95 to 100 Sunday, peaking in the upper 90s and low 100s Monday. Low
temperatures will be in the 70s Sunday night and Monday night.

We have attached the latest Heat Index forecasts for Saturday through
Tuesday.
