[Weather] [10/29/2020 AM] NWS Briefing for Emergency Management

Good morning everyone,

You'll find attached the latest information on the storm that will impact
southern New England today through Friday. Since our last briefing snow
appears a bit more likely along the I-95 corridor Friday morning. We will
