[Weather] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Severe Thunderstorms Possible This Afternoon

Attached is a one pager briefing and severe outlook slide for the
potential for a few strong to severe thunderstorms this afternoon. The main
threat is damaging wind gusts for western MA and western and northern CT.
