Please find our latest briefing regarding the freezing rain/drizzle
expected overnight into Wednesday morning. The main changes to highlight
with this briefing are:

   - The slightly earlier onset time
   - A westward expansion of the Winter Weather Advisory to the east slopes
   of the Berkshires
