[Weather] [2021-02-08 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Accumulating Snow on Tuesday

Good afternoon,

Attached is an updated briefing regarding a quick burst of accumulating
snowfall expected on Tuesday. The main change with this update is that we
have issued a Winter Weather Advisory for locations north of the MA Pike,
as well as Northern CT and Northern RI.
