Hello EMs,
Attached is the latest one-pager briefing on the snow event that is ongoing
across our area.
A band of heavy snow affected south coastal RI as well as Cape Cod and the
Islands with 3 to 5 inches of snow late this afternoon.
Periods of snow are expected across the region, mainly light, all the way
into Friday night. On Friday afternoon and evening, ocean-enhancement of
the snow may
increase snowfall rates in eastern MA, which could, if it materializes,
adversely impact the Friday evening commute. In general, though, the snow
will be very manageable,
since the snow totals shown in the briefing are over a 36-hour period.
