[Weather] [2021-02-21 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Higher Elevation Snow Event Mon Afternoon

Good afternoon,

Here is a one-pager briefing for accumulating snow which is expected to
impact the higher elevations Monday afternoon/evening. Lesser impacts are
expected in the lower elevations with mainly rain in the coastal plain from
Boston to Providence.
