Increasing confidence for areas of black ice overnight into Friday morning
across most of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.  Already
received reports of icy roads across the Hudson Valley of NY into Northwest
CT and the Berkshires.  See the attached briefing for additional details.
