Good evening everyone,

Here is the latest briefing on Tropical Storm Elsa. The forecast remains
largely unchanged, but the area of greatest flash flood threat has been
expanded in northeast Massachusetts. Primary concerns continue to be heavy
rain with potential for flash flooding and 40-60 mph gusts, mainly on Cape
Cod and the Islands.

You can see the latest forecast information from the National Hurricane
Center on the NHC webpage <https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/#Elsa> or our local
tropical page <https://www.weather.gov/box/tropical>.

Our next update will be emailed around 6 AM Friday.

Thank you,

Bryce Williams
