[Weather] [07.17.21 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing Severe Thunderstorm Watch Through 11 PM

Good afternoon,

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect through 11 PM for western
Massachusetts, and much of Connecticut. The main threat is damaging
straight line winds gusts and heavy downpours which may lead to flash
flooding. In addition, an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out. We've also
attached the Flash Flood Watch that remains in effect until late tonight.
