[Weather] NWS Boston: EM Briefing - Heat Through Early Next Week

Attached is our updated briefing for the expected hot and humid weather.
Although the core of the heat will be Sunday, Monday and Tuesday with most
of the region above 90 degrees -- some inland locations will touch 90
degrees Saturday and again Wednesday.
