Good morning.

A one-pager briefing is attached. It covers the risk for severe weather
this evening.

A few showers and isolated thunderstorms are possible this morning, but no
severe weather is expected with this initial round of precipitation.

A second round of storms ahead of a cold front is possible this evening
depending how much instability remains across the region. Isolated strong
to severe thunderstorms are possible with the main threat being localized
damaging wind gusts. The highest chance will be in Western Massachusetts
and Connecticut.
