[Weather] [2021-03-28 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Strong winds tonight into Monday

Good afternoon everyone,

You'll find attached the latest information on the strong winds that will
impact southern New England late tonight into Monday. The main change with
this update is an increase in the maximum expected wind gusts and a High
Wind Warning for western and central Massachusetts.
