[Weather] [2021.10.27 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing- Damaging Wind and Coastal Flooding

Good morning,

Here is the updated briefing packet for the Nor'easter impacting southern
New England through today. Since the last briefing, a Coastal Flood Warning
has been issued for Plymouth County and Cape Cod for the afternoon/evening
high tide. The flooding rain threat has ended.
