[Weather] Late Week Rain/Snow Update

Good afternoon,

Here is the latest briefing on a possible winter storm late this week. The
details remain uncertain at this time frame, with more clarity coming over
the next couple of days. The next briefing will be tomorrow afternoon,
unless significant changes require an earlier briefing.

The image in the briefing, and attached separately, is the probability of a
moderate impact. The other attached image defines what is considered to be
a "moderate" impact. Probabilities for "minor" impacts are higher, while
those for a "major" impact are lower, at this time.
