[Weather] NWS Boston Thu Morning EM Briefing: Wintry Mix Friday

Good Morning Everyone,

Attached is the updated briefing and related images for the wintry mix on
Friday.

*Winter Weather Headlines:*
- Winter Storm Warning from northern Berkshire County into north central
Massachusetts, where we expect the greatest travel impacts on Friday.
- Winter Weather Advisory for the rest of southern New England except for
Block Island, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket, where at least minor travel
impacts are expected on Friday. The Islands may be included in the Advisory
in later forecast updates if the potential for a wintry mix increases.

*What Has Changed:*
- Increased snow/sleet totals slightly from the previous forecast north of
Route 2 in Massachusetts.
- More confident in changeover timing on Friday
- Still some uncertainty in the duration of sleet and freezing rain. It
still appears that any icing from freezing rain will be less than 1/4 inch.
If sleet is more dominant, then there could be sleet accumulations of 2 or
3 inches.
