[Weather] NWS Boston: EM Briefing - Wintry Mix

Attached is our latest briefing, and a few related images, for the wintry
mix expected today.  There have been no significant changes to the
forecast. The greatest uncertainty revolves around the timing and duration
of freezing rain and sleet.
