[Weather] [2022.02.23 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing - Winter Storm This Friday

Good morning,

Please find attached an updated briefing concerning the winter storm this
Friday.

*What has changed:*
1. Winter Storm Watches have been issued for all of southern New England
except for the immediate CT coast and the Islands.
2. Snowfall map. Note that considerable uncertainty remains for areas south
of the Mass Pike due to questions regarding timing of changeover to wintry
mix.
