[Weather] [2022.01.04 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing - Potential Winter Storm Thursday night into Friday

Good morning,

Attached is a one page briefing regarding the potential for an impactful
winter storm Thursday night into Friday. There is still considerable
uncertainty with respect to what impacts if any may come from this storm,
but we wanted to provide you with an early briefing highlighting the
current *reasonable worst case scenario*. Please see the attached briefing
